Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery nationwide across Nigeria. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Standard Delivery — 2–4 business days. Free on orders over ₦50,000; ₦3,500 for orders below.
- Express Delivery (Lagos) — Next business day. ₦5,500.
- Nationwide Express — 1–2 business days. ₦7,500.
You will receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order has been dispatched. Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your WON pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original WON packaging.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only — not refunds.
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned.
How to Return
To initiate a return, log in to your account and select the order, or email returns@won.brand with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup within 1–2 business days at no additional cost.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Size Guide
All WON pieces are designed to be true to size unless otherwise stated on the product page. We recommend consulting the size guide on each product page for specific measurements.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more tailored silhouette. Our client advisors are happy to assist — contact us at hello@won.brand.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status in your account under "Order History".
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@won.brand. After this window, the order will have been sent to fulfilment and cannot be changed.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We are deeply sorry if this occurs. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@won.brand with photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Nigeria only. International shipping is in development — join our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
Privacy Policy
WON collects only the personal data necessary to process your orders and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is handled entirely by Paystack and is never stored on our servers. Full privacy policy available on request at privacy@won.brand.
Terms of Use
By using the WON website and placing orders, you agree to our terms of sale. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include VAT where applicable. WON reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock discrepancies, with a full refund issued immediately.
